"When I first got with them for insurance on my food truck they were great. Seemed real friendly. Well, after a few months I kept getting text to send in two forms of id. Which I did every time. Then I get a cancellation notice a few months after doing it about three times. I sent multiple forms of ID and registration. I send my wife up to check what's going on. All I'm told is, I'm insured until October. This just doesn't sit right with me. So I called corporate for the second time they didn't see anything for me other than "at underwriting." I called John Arnau (after i had to get his cell from corporate operator.) Lines are down! Guess that's why the didn't initially call me back or why corporate could only get through to him by IM. He assures me I'm covered but I have nothing in writing and no new bill. Do yourself a favor and go to an established office if your going to get with State Farm. I don't know who the other lady was I had to make contact at home but she was just as bad. I wouldn't recommend!"

"Used to be the best! But the owner seems to have fallen behind the technology revolution and having age related memory issues (his own words). For a Home Insurance Claim, I failed to secure a lawyer based on Jimmie's advice after visiting my property: "Don't get a lawyer, I'm your agent; I'm representing you!". So, I stupidly didn't get a lawyer on the last month I had by Statute of Limitation, then on the other end of State Farm, the individual handling my claim ghosted me for the last few weeks I had to fight the claim, but obviously she was in the office because I received the final letter stating "Denied" with a comment reminding me that the "Statute of Limitation" had been reached. Now, I'm dealing with bills for Vehicle Policies I cancelled in writing six moths ago. Like I said, it used to be the best! At least until I started having issues, and after shopping around, I found more capable and cost effective services out there, and I'm slowly renewing all my policies.... with another agent/company. You might disagree, but this was my experience and still ongoing until I move all my accounts somewhere else. As military member I don't have time to deal with those issues I mentioned. Wish the best to the Agent and the Customers! as for State Farm.... you'd decide."

"Mr. Jimmy and Ms. Penny are wonderful folks! They are very down to earth and will do anything in their power to help you with your insurance needs or anything else for that matter. Mr. Jimmy comes over and cuts my grass along with other of our neighbors grass. He helped me plant trees at my new house. I've known Mr. Jimmy all my life. He has been a hard worker all his life in addition to helping anybody in need. A true Southern Gentleman! 💞😚"
